Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
FREE Shipping within Australia.

Express Shipping is available within Aus for $10.
 

International 

International shipping is a fixed rate of $20
We use DHL for all international orders. The average shipping time for international orders is 5-10 days. All orders are fully trackable.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Important information

All orders are fully traceable on our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with a JACK + BELL purchase, please return to us within 14 days (of ship date) for a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be in original new condition (not worn and not altered) with the box. Items returned that are not in original condition will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds may take up to 14 days but may be less.  Please email studio@jackandbell.com.
